Fungal Infection Panel (PISA-F)

Based on super-multiplex targeted amplification and NGS technology, Fungal Infection Panel can be performed for the detection of 64 fungal pathogens, including 12 yeast-like fungi, 41 filamentous fungi, 10 dimorphic fungi and 1 Eumycetoma causative agent, and the detection of 14 types of antifungal resistance genes with 42 sites for three drugs. It is suitable for patients with candidemia, aspergillosis, pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia, and cryptococcal meningitis, etc. Sample types can be sent as bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), sputum, pleural effusion, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, peripheral blood, tissue, etc.
