Pan-infection Panel (PISA-360)
Based on super-multiplex targeted amplification and NGS technology, Pan-infection Panel can be used for the detection of pathogens in general scenarios, including more than 300 pathogens, 19 antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) and 9 hypervirulence genes, as well as co-detection of DNA and RNA pathogens. It is suitable for various clinical scenarios, such as moderate or severe infections, mixed infections, and suspected drug-resistant infections. Sample types delivered for Pan-infection Panel can be bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), blood, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), sputum, pleural effusion, ascites, tissue, etc.
